5.1 Bonus Terms Govern. Each bonus or promotional offer available on z9999 is governed by specific terms including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. 5.5 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and unused free spins expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your z9999 account wallet automatically without prior notification.
6.1 RNG Certification. All random-number-generator based games available on z9999 — including slots, table games and video poker variants — use independently certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predetermined, manipulated or influenced by z9999, the game provider, or the player.
6.2 Vivo Live Games. 9.3 Maximum Liability. 11.2 Forfeiture on Breach. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, z9999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance — including deposits, winnings and bonuses — without further recourse to the user.
